Cabin is the workplace of operators that needs a high degree of safety and comfort. The National Safety Council in United States estimates that between 300-350 off-highway operators are killed due to rollover in the U.S. each year. While aesthetics enhances the look of the equipment, safety and health of the operator are two major considerations while designing a Cabin. The designed structure of the cabin should protect the operator if the machine overturns - ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure) and should also offer protection from falling objects - FOPS (Falling Objects Protection Structure).
We use the latest CAD, CAE and CFD technology for the design of cabins. We consider the operator's safety, health, visibility, ergonomics and comfort during design. We also work with our partners to provide prototyping, testing services for our customers. We assist our customers with certification of cabins, from small loaders up to large dump trucks.
We build full-scale prototypes and physically test them at NABL approved laboratories for structural strength, durability, lower noise & vibration.
