Kalidas joined Concur as Managing Director and CEO in Oct 2015. Kalidas provides the direction & vision for growth, and sets the tone for the company's values, ethics and culture.

In his 28-year career with Geometric, Godrej and Navabharath Group, Kalidas covered leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Technical Product Management and Manufacturing. As President of Global Sales and Marketing at Geometric, he helped the company to transform itself from a 40 people India-centric organization to a 4800 people global organization, both organically and inorganically through joint ventures, acquisitions and alliances. With an insight into customer needs, he leverages his knowledge, in PLM IT, Product Engineering, Manufacturing and Technology, to innovate, map and actualize differentiated "out of the frame" technical solutions & business models and create winning alternatives.

Kalidas holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University and underwent a rigorous executive education in General Management in INSEAD, Paris, France. He has also attended various leadership programs at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India.

Cricket in the New England area was introduced by Kalidas and in the late 90's and even today, he finds time to play the sport actively. He also uses this passion for raising funds for social causes. Kalidas plays tag football and volleyball. Kalidas is a big foodie and he also experiments with food and prepares dishes that are not commonplace.

Kalidas is extremely family-oriented and resides in Nashua, NH, USA with his wife Padmaja and his beautiful & multi-talented daughter Sahaja. His elder daughter Sahiti is a Mechanical Engineer from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York and works as a Sr. Analyst at a leading Media & Marketing Big Data Analytics firm in New York, NY.

Kalidas is actively involved with various charitable organizations and, social causes. He is on the executive and advisory committees of various non-political Indian community organizations in the Greater Boston Area. Kalidas, in his personal capacity, supports an orphanage with over 300 children and he actively contributes for the development of rural education in India. Kalidas is extremely fun loving and he always believes that there should be laughter and fun in the corridors of the organization.

Umesh is an innovation leader who comes with 24 years of multidisciplinary background. He is equally at ease with scientific work, creative engineering work, product development, strategic management and program management. After being involved in deep scientific pursuits early in his career that spanned cryogenics, scientific instruments and specialized technologies early in his career, Umesh worked with CMTI, TCS, Geometric and Weir Group where he has handled operational, strategic, technical and business leadership roles.

Being the Chief Mentor of Concur, he plays a key role in developing competency, offerings and technologies. Umesh also helps with strategy building, organizational process development and coaches top management in taking the right decisions.

Umesh holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Fellowship in Manufacturing.

Umesh resides in Bangalore, India with his wife Suma who is a Professor in Electrical Engineering, daughter Sharanya, son Satvik and his parents. He is actively involved in social causes such as lake conservation, wildlife conservation and empowering youth. His interests include sports and literature.

Kumar is one of the founders and brings over 23 years of core experience in Mechanical R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing in construction, mining and heavy equipment industry segments.

Kumar fully understands NPI process and has successfully engineered many new products such as rear dumpers, motor graders, aircraft towing tractors, material handling equipment and Special Purpose Machines, both at Concur and also in his past jobs.

Kumar is the Joint Managing Director & Chief Mentor - Technical. He provides technical leadership in the mechanical engineering space. Before his stint with Concur, Kumar was a Technical Director in another startup company and under his leadership, the company grew to a strength of more than 200 engineers in a 2-year timeframe.

Kumar holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He resides in Bangalore, India with his wife Radha and two sons, Vaibhav and Vaishnav. During his free time, Kumar takes active interest in reading.

Sonal joined Concur Global Engineering Solutions as Executive Director & President, North America in Oct 2015. He is responsible for providing the leadership and growth of Concur in the US market, establishing & building strategic and long term relationships with customers, partners and the analyst community.

Sonal has over 18 years of experience and prior to joining Concur, he led large global engineering initiatives and successfully managed sales operations for companies like Sumi Motherson Group, EDS, Geometric and Defiance. Sonal is extremely customer focused and he has been instrumental in cultivating vital relationships with Fortune 500 clients, built and managed high performing culturally diverse cross functional teams and delivered innovative solutions with a consultative and a customer-focused approach in Automotive, Industrial & Aerospace domains.

Sonal holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, India. He underwent extensive Sales training around the Revenue Storm methodology, working with McKinsey and Company he also spearheaded the Global Account Management framework in one of his past assignments.

Sonal resides in Columbus, OH with his loving wife Vaishali. They are devoted parents to their two beautiful daughters Yosna and Nysa. Sonal is a cricket follower, an eclectic music listener, moving image enthusiast and is nurturing his interest in scriptwriting.

Dhananjaya is one of the founders of Concur Global Engineering Solutions and is responsible for Marketing, Partner Management, PMO & Operational Support.

Dhananjaya brings over 10 years of marketing, project management, process development and implementation experience from large Manufacturing companies, start-ups and technology companies. Prior to founding Concur Global Engineering Solutions, he worked with Caterpillar, Wipro and Cessna Technologies in Business Development, Marketing and Project Management. Dhananjaya leverages his well-rounded expertise in Engineering and Management and provides our customers with the right value propositions and backs it up by defining the right processes for Quality Execution of the commitments provided to the customers.

Dhananjaya holds a Masters in Business Development and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. He is PMP and Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Dhananjaya resides in Bangalore, India with his wife Shilpa and their beautiful daughter Arya. During his free time Dhananjay takes active interest in reading, travelling and also plays badminton.

Anand is one of the founders and works as Senior Director, Operations at Concur. Anand has over 23 years of experience in Construction, Mining and Heavy Transportation domains. Anand's experience spans across the entire product development lifecycle in various capacities from Planning, Design to Manufacturing and specializes in areas like Assembly, Testing, Jigs & Fixtures Design, Should Costing and Prototype Manufacturing.

Anand is an expert in implementation of operational best practices using models/frameworks like ISO, SQEP (Supplier Quality Excellence Model), TBEM (Tata Business Excellence Model), Six Sigma Green Belt, TPM and Lean Manufacturing. He oversees the adoption of all relevant practices so that the quality of Concur's processes and delivery are never compromised.

Prior to joining Concur, Anand worked in BEML Ltd., Volvo and India Metal One Steel Processing Pvt. Ltd. He also was a Plant Manager at Tata Steel Processing and Distribution Ltd.

Anand holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He resides in Bangalore, India with his wife Sumithra and their beautiful daughter Shreya and son Pratham. During his free time, Anand takes active interest in reading, playing chess and is an active cricket follower.

Vinay is one of the founders of Concur Global Engineering Solutions and is currently responsible of India Sales. He brings over more than 9 years of experience in Business Development and Customer Account Management for engineering companies. Prior to Concur Global Engineering Solutions, he worked with Transweigh India Ltd and Cessna Technologies in Business Development, Marketing and Sales departments.

Vinay is extremely customer focused and understands the voice of customer. Vinay had built and managed strong relationships in India with both global and domestic clients in the Automotive, Industrial & Off-Highway domains.

Vinay holds a Master's degree in Marketing & Sales and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He resides in Bangalore, India with his wife Ranjani and their beautiful daughter Aarohi. During his free time, Vinay enjoys travelling and playing cricket.
